EXPECTED SPONSORSHIP AUDIENCE…
We anticipate between 400-500 participants in the Third Annual Race for CARRA. We expect a large percentage of our participants to be friends and family members of children with rheumatic disease. The race will be advertised through local publications, online, posters, flyer distribution, and through this website.

BENEFITS TO SPONSORSHIP…
The first and most important benefit to sponsorship is the opportunity to help children by supporting research to find the cause and cure of childhood rheumatic diseases. Friends of CARRA is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, #20-3451370. Your sponsorship is tax deductible. Your corporate name and/or logo will be highly visible both pre and post race through printed race materials and website; as well as on race day through participant t-shirts and race signs and banners. T-shirts will be issued to every race participant. All sponsors are invited to provide marketing materials to be included in race packets for all participants.

LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP…
Gold - $1,000 – Black and white logo printed on the back of t-shirts, registration flyers, posters, race signs and banners and on the race website.
Silver - $500 – Black and white logo printed on the back of t-shirts and on the race website.
Bronze - $250 – Black and white logo printed on the back of t-shirts. The deadline for logos to be included on registration flyers and posters is March 1, 2008. The deadline for logos to be included on t-shirts, race signs and banners is April 18, 2008.

Sponsorship money will be used to cover permit fees, insurance, t-shirts, printing, and other miscellaneous expenses. Any additional proceeds will go directly to the CARRA organization. In-kind donations are gladly accepted.
